How to Choose Your Trainer (s). We recommend choosing a few trainers to bring out the best in your athlete and accommodate your schedule needs. Our trainers are all independent contractors and are busy professional athletes, coaches and directors as well and sometimes receive contracts to play abroad or have a last minute coaching obligation and may have to find a sub trainer. If you want to train regularly and consistently or have a back up trainer, it is best to meet a few trainers to work with so you do not lose reps and time.
