Members: If you haven't seen it on email yet, we have cancelled the Tuesday Brick workout and replaced it with a Wednesday Track Workout!

Wednesdays at 6:30pm at West Middle School. Do the set workout with the group - or feel free to do your own. No RSVP needed - just show up!

* July 26th - Matt Mason Memorial Cowboy Up Triathlon ➡️ order your kit today and you will have it by July 17th!
* Aug. 2nd - Shawnee Mission Triathlon & Duathlon
* Aug. 8th - Kill Creek Park Triathlon
* Aug. 30th - Jeremy Katzenberger Memorial Triathlon (registration opens 7/4). If you don't know this one, it's an amazing race at Weatherby Lake and honors a fallen service member (similar to the Matt Mason race)

We had to cancel today's swim, but for those wanting to get some time in the water, there are opportunities for open water swim time up the road at Shawnee Mission Park on Tuesdays & Thursdays.
