There are some great local preseason training options for athletes looking to get a head start before the season begins.

🏊 Swimmers: Preseason conditioning is available through SwimAtlanta Hamilton Mill’s SWATfit program.

🤿 Divers: Dive clinics are being offered by SpringDogs Diving at Collins Hill.

Whether you’re looking to rebuild endurance, sharpen your skills, or simply knock the rust off before official practices begin, these are excellent opportunities to prepare for the upcoming season. These are optional programs not affiliated with MVHS and they not required, just great ways to get some extra skills and endurance.
