I just emailed the Proxy form for voting, Questions that will be voted on at the meeting, and the Agenda for the meeting. There were a couple of extra questions added, so please read through them. I tried to get ahold of Facebook and evidently they do not have a customer service department that you can call or message. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I will use the questions that we already have from the previous conversations in this group for voting purposes. I can't see the group because FB has me restricted for whatever reason. If electronic voting is not in there, that is the only addition that will be done. I will try to figure out what is going on with facebook. We will have another vote in December for officers and other items, if I can get FB to work, we will discuss here. If not, I will figure something out.

Should Jefferson Station include verbage to allow for electronic voting in addition to voting during a meeting?

Community Work Day Results June 10 2023
Thanks to Neal Greene, Dave Auther, Chris Bair, Kelly Ruiz, Chase Seymour, and Jeff Ford for making this happen. Enjoy the results! Happy Father's Day to all these men and to all of our neighborhood fathers!

Do to increased illegal activities in our neighborhood, a petition is circulating to get the Sheriff to expedite corrections. You will also be asked if you want to join the Neighborhood Watch phone tree. This notifies participating resident, within Jefferson Station and Lullwater, when illegal activity is actively happening, so we all can call the Police to get a more rapid response and to protect our homes.

Community Work Day from 9 am until 2 pm today. Lots of things needed to stain and finish up some yard work. Bring rakes, paintbrushes, sandpaper, w**d eaters if you have them. Thank you!

We had an awesome Community Work Day with Jerry and Ro Blake, Chase Seymore, Peter Nguyen and friend Dylan (came all the way from SC to help us ;) , Jessica Holbrook, Chris Bair, Jeff Ford, and several little helpers (see pics).

We also had some neighbors and friends come by to help on other days to help get things cleaned up and fixed: Isabel Toledo, Rita Morales and her family, and neighbors, Dave Light-Arthur and Angel Castillo.

Thank you all for all of the hard work you have done for our community! Enjoy some pictures from our work days.

Our next Community Work Day is June 10th from 9 am to 2 pm. We have staining, painting, w**d eating, and leaves to do. If we can get about 12 to 15 people to help, we should be able to finish all of that. Then our final Community Work Day will be to start work on our final phase of raquet court clean up and pickle ball lines. After that we focus on tennis leagues, fund raising, and update bylaws before our next elections take place. Hope you enjoy some of the maintenance work that has been done.
