Just want to brag about my online client Fatima. The past 18 months we have worked together to recomp her body, also her mindset and confidence! She's not afraid to eat higher calories anymore because she knows her body needs the fuel to grow. I am so so happy for her and love this transformation, but this is only the beginning 🙂
