Sisters Allison and Stephanie joined our Mother’s Day Special – Indian Heritage Inspired Aromatic Eco-Luxury Candle Making Workshop – creating a touching and beautiful memory together as they honored their mother and deepened their sisterly bond.
This mindful, hands-on experience explored the rich heritage of Indian art, aromas, and traditional inspirations through eco-friendly candle making. Participants enjoyed a relaxing with authentic chai while crafting luxurious aromatic candles infused with warmth, culture, and love.

The 13th annual Midwest Regional Sustainability Summit is Friday, June 12 at the Sharonville Convention Center as part of Cincinnati Climate Week. Along with breakout sessions and a keynote from Dr. Rebecca Carter, the Summit also features an exhibitor expo, art show, academic poster session, grounding space, and live performance showcase. Congrats to OhioDance Festival masterclass students at The Ohio State University’s Dance Department. Indian Dance & Wellness Fusion – Heritage Rhythms workshop journey from heritage to contemporary expression. Rooted in classical forms and enriched with Bollywood-classical fusion, yoga, somatics, and mindful movement, the session beautifully wove tradition with innovation. Participants explored rhythm, storytelling, and wellness practices that connect body, mind, and spirit - honoring heritage while igniting creativity. Grateful to Jane (Executive Director - "Thank you. I know the students love your class"), Emily, and the volunteers for hosting this inspiring event each year with such excellence.

Amelia will receive the 2026 Padma Chebrolu Dance Award and the OhioDance Exceptional University Dance Student Artist Award, to be presented at the OhioDance Festival Concert. Congrats to Amelia on this well-deserved honor, her artistry truly reflects the spirit of excellence celebrated at OhioDance. Grateful to Prof. Ambre for the nomination and continued support of emerging talent. Amelia now joins previous scholarship recipients Kayla Blythe and Haleigh Gross. Deep appreciation to all the dance professors who recognize and uplift these remarkable young artists with such bright futures.
