⚾️ SCRIMMAGE DAY! ⚾️

Yesterday, the 12U Custis and 13U Pink teams got together for a great day of baseball at the Advance Community Christian Church baseball field!

While the main goal of the scrimmage was for both teams to learn, compete, and get some work in, the coaches decided to add a little friendly wager to the mix. 😏

The losing team would have to do push-ups at home plate after the game!

Fortunately for everyone involved, the scrimmage ended in a tie, so instead of one team taking the punishment, representatives from BOTH teams stepped up and knocked out their push-ups together! 💪😂

But the baseball was only part of the day. Families from both teams also came together for a pitch-in dinner, giving everyone a chance to spend time together off the field.

This is exactly the type of coordination and camaraderie we hoped to bring to the Boone County Badgers — not just teams, but a family atmosphere where players, coaches, and families support one another.

Great job, 12U Custis and 13U Pink! 👏⚾️

This past weekend, Coach Downs held a special “Signing Day” for the Boone County Badgers 15U Downs 2027 team!

It was a great opportunity to officially welcome these talented athletes to the Badger Family and celebrate the start of what we know will be an exciting 2027 season.

Please join us in welcoming these fine ball players to the Boone County Badgers! 🦡⚾

We’re proud to have you on board and can’t wait to see what this group accomplishes together. We know they will represent the Badger name with pride, class, and determination both on and off the field.
