Christmas Sweater Day!!! And yeah, more baking!!!

Celebrating Christmas with a family style meal yesterday. Lots of yummy goodies, no one left hungry 😋🎄🎅

Yesterday was cookie day. Having fun with a variety of sprinkles and jimmies and lots of frosting. So much sugar!!! Yummy!!! 😋

Since school is closed today, the Youth Center is also closed. Hope you have a great weekend and see you on Monday.

Had the Christmas music playing while rolling out the dough for homemade ornaments, with the air smelling of cinnamon. It was a very fun and festive evening.

Christmas season is upon us. Starting tomorrow, we will be baking/making treats every Wednesday until Christmas. Looking forward to spreading the holiday cheer.

This week we are only open Monday - Wednesday and the hours are 1pm-4pm. We will be going to the indoor pool on Tuesday (11/22). Bring your swimming suit and a towel.

Successful celebration of Thanksgiving this evening. Grateful to spend this time together and remind one another to count our blessings.

Just a reminder, our turkey dinner is now Thursday, November 17. Looking forward to sharing this fabulous meal with a wonderful group of boys and girls during this Thanksgiving season.

Even though the Lebanon Middle School is closed today, the Youth Center is still open from 3-6pm. However, the Thanksgiving dinner will now be this Thursday, November 17 instead.

Our Thanksgiving Dinner will be tomorrow (November 15) afternoon. Make sure to come hungry.

The YC will be participating in Lebanon's Holiday Parade on Saturday, November 19. We are Blessed to be able to share with the community at this time of Thanksgiving.

Reminder to YC members, you must have your permission slip turned in by November 17 in order to participate.

Starting Monday, November 14 we will be offering a photography class. A 45-minute session will be offered once a week for the next 10-12 weeks. You do not need to have your own camera; we will actually use the cameras on your mobile devices. Plus, we do have digital cameras available to be used at the YC. Looking forward to helping YC members master the skills they need to make eye-catching photographs.

The YC competed in a pumpkin decorating contest this past Halloween among the other departments at the Y. Although we didn't win, we are very proud of our display. Thank you to Victoria Martinez (8th grade) for her artistic skills. We couldn't have done it without her.

Looking forward to participating in Trunk or Treat. Who's coming in costume? 🥸👻👽🦹‍♂️🧙‍♂️🧛‍♂️🧝 Excited to have a hauntingly good time. 🎃💀☠🤡

Come join us for a night of fun for the little ones! Our annual Trunk or Treat will be held on Tuesday, October 25th, 6:00pm to 7:30pm.

The Freer Family Community Youth Center follows the Lebanon School District calendar. Columbus Day Holiday and Parent/Teacher conferences are next week for Lebanon School District, so there is no school October 10 – 12. Youth center will operate on Holiday Hours and will be open from 12pm – 4pm on those days. We will serve lunch from 12:30-1:30pm.

As fall weather is approaching, here is a new, fun family event at our Camp Rocky Creek location. Mark your calendars for Saturday, October 8th, 4:00pm-7:00pm. Cost is $5 per child.

The Youth Center will be closed in honor of Labor Day - Monday, September 5. See you Tuesday, September 6.

School Year Hours start next Monday, August 29. Mondays thru Thursdays; 3pm - 6pm. Meals will not start until Tuesday, September 6.

This is FREE to all Lebanon County students in 6-12th grade. Join us for some fun after school activities and make new friends.

This is our last week of summer hours: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1-4pm. We had a great summer re-opening the youth center and getting to know each other. Looking forward to learning about more programs and new activities this school year.

Thank you to Lebanon County 4H for coming in and sharing the "Acres of Adventures" program. The sessions were very interesting and informative. The students enjoyed their time during your visits.

Our last session with the Lebanon County 4-H will be next Tuesday, August 2. This will be the 4th session of the "Acres of Adventure" series this summer. Looking forward to learning about the world of agriculture and life sciences. This session we will be concentrating on crickets. In nature, crickets are prey for many animals, from birds to bears, and they are a key part of the food chain. Crickets are also a popular feeder food for many pets, such as lizards and spiders. Humans eat crickets, too! In Southeast Asia, deep-fried crickets are a common snack food.

The Lebanon County 4-H will be visiting next Tuesday, July 26. This will be the 3rd session of the "Acres of Adventure" series this summer. Looking forward to learning about the world of agriculture and life sciences. This session we will be concentrating on soybeans. Soybean products are used for human consumption, animal feed, and a variety of nonfood consumer and industrial products. Soybeans are sold fresh, frozen, canned, and dried and can be cooked and eaten similarly to other types of beans.

The Lebanon County 4-H will be visiting this Thursday. This will be the 2nd session of the "Acres of Adventure" series this summer. Looking forward to learning about the world of agriculture and life sciences. This session we will be concentrating on plants.

Attention all Lebanon High School Students! The LHS has partnered with the 1 Million Project! This program is designed to provide students with Internet access through a high-speed hotspot to assist them in completing homework, provide an opportunity for students to complete research papers, class assignments, and special school projects. When teamed with the students assigned iPad, students have powerful tools in hand to complete class assignments. Contact the LHS for more information!
