Our last session with the Lebanon County 4-H will be next Tuesday, August 2. This will be the 4th session of the "Acres of Adventure" series this summer. Looking forward to learning about the world of agriculture and life sciences. This session we will be concentrating on crickets. In nature, crickets are prey for many animals, from birds to bears, and they are a key part of the food chain. Crickets are also a popular feeder food for many pets, such as lizards and spiders. Humans eat crickets, too! In Southeast Asia, deep-fried crickets are a common snack food.

Soybean products are used for human consumption, animal feed, and a variety of nonfood consumer and industrial products. Soybeans are sold fresh, frozen, canned, and dried and can be cooked and eaten similarly to other types of beans.
The Lebanon County 4-H will be visiting this Thursday. This will be the 2nd session of the "Acres of Adventure" series this summer. Looking forward to learning about the world of agriculture and life sciences. This session we will be concentrating on plants.
