This costume is retired, but I plan to bring the Halloween spirit to Friday's aerial restorative yoga and foundations classes. Please join me at 9:30-10:30 for restorative with a lot of introspection planned; then 10:45-11:45 for foundations. Come a few minutes early to get set up; no jewelry please; and it's best to wear something with short or long sleeves to cover your armpit areas.
