I forgot to post this when I finished a couple of weeks ago. An EDC fixed blade w/ a canvas micarta handle and etched blade. Even included a little tool with it.

A few months ago, BattlBox had the AWESOME Bush Baby knife by Double X Knives as the Knife of the Month. This knife is just about the perfect EDC fixed blade. Has a great profile and the ergonomics are on point. The only downside was the sheath that it came with. Problem solved! This will now have a prime spot in my EDC rotation

Well… darn. This was looking like it was going to be a great little tomahawk. I don’t think I tempered it for long enough. It snapped while I was putting the handle on. Ignore the weld marks. I tried to rectify the solution just to hang on my wall. Oh well. Back to the grindstone.

I’ve been working on this restoration for a while now. I had to cut the old handles off, deal with quite a bit of rust. Took it all the way down to bare metal and built it back up. Custom scales from black walnut and this thing is crazy sharp!
