Meet Sierra.
Sierra is one of our biggest success stories from our Michigan location.
As you can see, she's made a pretty massive transformation.
But not just to her body...to her mind and confidence as well.
Yes, she's younger than our typical member (most Fit Camp members are women 40+), but don't let that fool you.
In this picture she is strong, lean, and beaming with confidence.
She is now super consistent with her workouts and dedicated to her healthy lifestyle.
But her before photo paints a completely different picture.
A picture that unfortunately a lot of people can probably relate to with the current stress we deal with on a daily basis.
She was over-weight, sluggish, and very self-conscience of her body.
She lacked confidence, really didn't like to exercise, and was eating lots of fast food.
Her knees were achy, she didn't sleep well, and overall was just not taking good care of herself.
If she continued on this path, it was going to be very bad news very soon (her family has a history of diabetes and she was on a freight train headed right for it).
Then one day Sierra and her roommate randomly entered a drawing at a local event to win a free Fit Camp membership.
They both won a free 21 day trial and a few days later her roommate dragged her in to try it.
We wish we could tell you it was love at first sight, but it wasn't.
Again, she didn't love working out, but what she was ok with was only having to do it for 35 minutes.
She started coming (kicking and screaming) 2-3 times a week.
After a few weeks, she noticed she wasn't getting nearly as sore from the workouts anymore and had a lot more energy throughout the day.
This was motivating and she was starting to turn the corner on her fitness.
After about 6 weeks she started noticing her clothes getting loser, her face getting leaner, and that was she was getting significantly stronger each week.
She couldn't believe how great she was feeling, how much more energy she had, and how much better she was sleeping at night.
It was at this point that she was hooked and truly started committing to taking better care of herself.
And as you can see from the picture, the rest is history!

Meal Prep Idea - Make-Ahead Breakfast Bowls
Here at Fit Camp, we are big fans of egg bakes for breakfast meal prepping, but doing that every single week can get a little boring.
So we searched the inter-webs for a replacement recipe to help spice things up and we found this gem:

These breakfast bowls have simple ingredients, are freezable, and will be a great substitute for when you need a break from traditional egg bakes or egg muffins.
If you are eating lower carb, you could reduce the amount of potatoes you use.
If you like sweet potatoes, you can definitely use those instead of the yukons, or you could get crazy and use both!
