I overslept this morning. Ugh! Woke up and had to think what day it was and was upset to realize it was Friday and not Saturday. Off to work I went! Anyone else having a morning / day like this?
Healthy tuna salad for lunch today and prepped for another couple of meals as well!
Recipe:
- 3 cans of tuna, drained
- 1 can of white beans, drained
- half of a chopped yellow pepper
- 3 chopped green onions
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- salt & pepper to taste
Separate into 3 containers.
When ready to eat, fill a whole grain pita with tuna and add lettuce. Enjoy!

A little funny to start your week. This was one of the comments on a fitbit article I read. Do what you gotta do I suppose, especially at 81! :D
Holy burpee press! Started week 2 of this morning with Resitance 2. Killer, but feeling good!! Got moving a little later then I wanted to, no time for a shower quite yet but got breakfast in. Then upstairs to start my work day. Working from home Monday and Wednesday through the end if the school year so I can skip the commute and get my boys to swim class at 5:00 in town. It's all about balance. I am glad my job is flexible! Happy Monday everyone!

Today's were done as part of my workout. I think I must have done close to 100 push-ups in that 22 mins. No joke!
Someone (not naming names ;)) was critiquing my form. Yes, yesterday's push-ups were modified, as well as today's set. Seriously, 22 is no joke!!
To continue with my in 22 days, here is my latest video. Yes, I skipped the weekend - guilty as charged! I will post for 22 days though in support of bringing awareness to the alarming number of military Veterans who commit su***de each day. For more on this cause, please see the comments.
