The studio was filled with music and dancing this weekend. Artist sharing their incredible talents of singing and playing instruments on Friday. Voices and sounds that carry frequencies that imprint our souls. Having the kids in there is always extra special to see them exploring their gifts and gaining confidence taking the stage. Saturday we started with Xen leading XenQiYoga, and then DJ Sansara took us through a journey that changed each of our worlds for Ecstatic Dance. We felt the depths of her soul through the set she had created with such intention. An opportunity to move our bodies, along with any stuck energy and allow space for creation. Getting to enjoy Jadin’s talents and support of Jade’s and feeling the drums resonate through our bodies was such a gift. Ending the night with Christian serenading us with his incredible voice and guitar playing. And an extra shout out to those that helped with sound – Ben Miller killed it with open mic night and Scotty Taylor is always there to help save the day. Such an honor to get to witness each soul that came into Bliss this weekend. Our home away from home where we can come back to ourselves 💕.

I wanted to take a minute to share a little bit about a couple of our classes.

REFIT® combines powerful moves and positive music to create an exciting, fun workout for all ages, shapes and sizes.

REV+FLOW is a one-of-a-kind workout that’s kind to your body. This workout increases strength, builds muscle and increases mobility and functionality in your movements.

Kristen is a mom of 5, an avid lover of music and reading. She has been in the fitness industry for 11 years. Her love of movement and dance started at a young age and continued through high school. She stepped away while her family was young, but was happy to return to it and continue to do what she loves! Her goal is to help people be the best version of themselves, while loving themselves along the way!

Our bodies were designed to heal themselves along with releasing stuck tension and trauma. Jackie Brinkerhoff teaches a modality called TRE that helps remind our bodies what they innately know how to do through muscle fatiguing and tremoring. I love it because it’s fairly quick and easy and you don’t have to go into the stories to process anything. We’re seeing big results like for me personally I can instantly feel a difference in the relaxation of my body and I have felt much more clear and able to feel my emotions this week. Invitation to join Shay for Restorative + Gentle Yoga tonight at 7 PM. This class is all about the power of slowing down. Something we often resist in a world that keeps telling us to do more, move faster, and stay busy. Through gentle movement, deep stretching, breath, and meditation, this class creates space to soften,truly listen to your body, and reconnect with yourself. Shaley has been teaching yoga for 9 years and has experienced firsthand how incredible it can be to simply slow down and come back to your body. She loves creating a space where you can let go of the pressure, breathe deeper, and remember taking life at a calmer pace, even for a little while can be deeply renewing and help us return to life feeling more grounded, connected, and refreshed.
