In advance of the ChiCrossCup season start on 9/20, our pre-season Saturday morning at 6:30 am practices will be running the next couple of weeks (9/5 and 9/12). We'll be at the small course off of Terrace View Park in Lombard we've used for the last few years. See you for some hotttt laps.

Not racing? How does the LONG LOOP sound for Sunday morning? Departing the Bank at 5:45 am (19-20 mph avg) and 6:00 am (faster than the earlier group). Join us for 42 miles your legs need.

The EMC2 Short Loop will be back this Saturday. At 5:45 am, the steady, tempo paced group will depart the Bank (think 19-20 mph average). At 6:00 am, Spicy pushes off. Remember, Spicy isn't an absolute hammerfest from the gun, it's a fast GROUP ride punctuated by six sprint sections, where the leaders hold back at the end of the each sprint section and wait for a full regroup before proceeding along the route. Rise and repeat. See you Saturday at the Bank, 211 W St Charles, Lombard.
