What a good reminder to us all. Most of us are so busy and distracted we are unaware of what is going on around us. With the holiday season just around the corner I believe we see an increase in this type of activity and worse. Also please don't just think the perpetrator(s) are only men, they could also be women and kids so please be alert while shopping, walking, bike riding, banking etc.
