AFC Polymers, Leominster, MA (2026)

(AFC Polymers) is a non-profit youth sports organization offering ‘transformative football education’ to children in central Massachusetts through comprehensive year-round soccer and futsal programming. The Association Football Club Polymers is an organization dedicated to bringing opportunities for soccer development and futsal skills to children in central Massachusetts. Our teams practice in the Leominster area and play futsal with Futsal New Hampshire in Tyngsboro, MA, Derry, NH, and Nashua, NH.
