Quiet your mind and soothe your heart in this musical meditative series led by our sweet friend Kimberly DeRosa, master harpist and sound healer.

Kimberly has designed these sessions for quiet comtemplation, there is no asana, and it’s a curated experience for anyone who would try mindfulness in a unique way.

Sessions are October 11th, 18th, 25th, and November 1st, 8th, and 15th at 8:30am. The entire series is $180, or single is $35.

This event series is eligible for membership perks.

We are so thrilled to partner with Kimberly. Her knowledge and art of sound are an exemplary addition to EverWell, and we know you will just love her.

Our studio foundation is based on 14 modifiable behaviors that can prevent dementia and cognitive decline up to 45%.

We have a monthly series of 10 Longevity Immersions set throughout the year. Each module is alternatively taught by Anna & Debbie in a 2 hour session, with the first hour explaining the science and research supported behavior, and the second hour provides spiritual, mental and physical actions to support cognitive health.

There is no asana included in these Immersions, they are appropriate for all ages and ability levels.

A single session is $60, or you can commit to the entire series for $500. Membership perks apply for auto renewing mini (10% off) and monthly (15% off) students.

We believe in these behaviors and the science behind them, and they are the cornerstone of everything for our studio. We know they are life changing

This little corner of EverWell is reserved for games and puzzles for CommuniTea, our dedicated community building time on the calender. If you'd like to donate one or two, let us know. Playing games and putting puzzles together enhances cognitive health. What's your favorite game!

Day 1 success! Founder’s First event is fully booked out, lots of friends visited today, and now we have champange, flowers, plants and full hearts!

Debbie and I appreciate you all so much, and we will be here through Saturday 9am-6pm hanging out if you want to drop by.

Well this man is special to our community. Ricky Ellis has been our biggest cheerleader from day one. He has encouraged us with his words and practically helped us by taking out his hammer, nails and drill to hang lights and pictures. He's fixed things that needed fixing. He got to the studio early and stayed late to make sure what needed to be done was done. But more importantly, he has the heart of a poet. In fact, he wrote a poem called "Measure of a Man" that is hanging proudly on our studio wall. We love an enlightened king around here.
I encourage you to seek out his poem when you visit, or better yet, zoom in on the poem here and reflect on his inspirational words on true manhood. Thank you Ricky for your strength and heart. We are beyond grateful for you. 💚
