I’m Looking for a couple 1v1 General Population Clients for Personal Training in the mornings/afternoon from 6am-2:30pm. If anyone is interested please fill free to message me!

Hello Everyone, hope you are enjoying Memorial Day! This will be the summer schedule for June:

College Prep (Ages 13+)
M-F 12pm 1hr 30min
There will be 2 Speed specific days outside.

High school prep (Ages 9-12)
M-F 1:30pm 1hr 10min
There will be 2 Speed specific days outside at Iron Will or at Frederick Douglass.

Fun youth development (Ages 5-8)
Tuesday and Thursday 3pm 45min

Woman’s Bootcamp
Sunday
Advanced 4pm
Beginner 5pm

Extra class times will be added if group sizes exceed 8-10.
You may text or call for any question!

Excuses will hurt you way more than that extra set, that last lap, that homework assignment, that exam, the choice between the healthy snack or that bag of chips, getting enough sleep and so many other things you need to do in order to reach the goals you’ve set for yourself.

💫 The time is now for athletes to get better and stay better. Training is a must for athletes in season as well as out of season. I’ve worked with a ton of Middle school, high school, and College athletes over the last 7 years. I’m not one to post a lot of videos day in and day out but my athletes and their parents can tell you what’s it’s like to work with me and what it’s done for them. Creating a culture here in Lexington for athletes is what I’ve been trying to do for a couple years now and quietly it is forming just the way I envisioned. I‘m here to continue to grow and reach more athletes that would like to make it to the next level and be successful, one goal after the next.

➡️ Classes after spring break are Tuesday-Friday 6:30pm and 7:30pm class time ranges from 45 min to 95 min depending on the day. 1V1 sessions are also available for athletes as well.

➡️ I also will be starting a women’s Boot camp very soon!
I will also be doing adult group classes as well as 1v1 sessions so be on the lookout for those flyers or message me for more details (serious inquiries only please).

My seniors! Isaiah! Ty B! JD! I can’t believe that was y’all’s last game at The Farm! I’m Grateful it wasn’t your last with me. I’m so proud I’ve had the opportunity to not only watch you grow but assist in it as well. Y’all have led this DB group thus far.
