Over the years my research has focused on the basic physiology and biomechanics of the dog and the related effects of exercise and other metabolic stressors. This includes studying how it works comparatively to other species, especially the horse and human. From a biomechanical standpoint, I have developed many ways to study dogs, horses, humans and other animals using video analysis in the field or in scenarios that reflect how animals function in real world activities. Using these techniques and study modes, I have enjoyed the opportunities to meet and collaborate with many others who can use them to better understand their field of study.

December 31st was my last day working for Nutramax Laboratories. I truly enjoyed my time there, all the great people I met who work for Nutramax and all of the relationships that came about as a result of my time there. But it was time for me to return to my studies. Going forward I will be doing contract work to support academic and corporate entities that have an interest in the information related to my study fields.

RMG Enterprises, Inc. was started back in 1992, and it is currently doing business in South Carolina as Sportsvet, Inc. With over three decades of experience in the areas of scientific research and product development in the pet animal market and veterinary field, we are excited to work with and collaborate with those groups who want to find answers or develop products related to animal physiology and biomechanics.
