We are dedicated to creating a fun, safe atmosphere to further the development of the individual mentally, physically and spiritually. We teach a style called Kyuki-Do, a Korean martial arts that incorporates techniques from several other martial arts to give the practitioner a well rounded idea of self defense and how the body works. 1. Get down to their eye level before you say anything.
2. Name what they're feeling instead of telling them to stop feeling it.
3. Give them one small choice, so they feel back in control.
