Winter/Spring Session Registration is OPEN!!!

We are welcoming our dancers back for in-person classes again this Winter and Spring. This semester is our performance session for dancers grades 1-12. Our performance is the highlight and joy of our students each year. It is a chance to be a part of a very creative process and accomplish something amazing!

Pandemic Protocol:

Our dance classes are in-person and we require that all dancers be fully vaccinated. All audience members at the performance are also required to be vaccinated.

We are staying closely updated on the state of the pandemic, both globally and locally, and will make adjustments to our performance plans as necessary to keep the audience and dancers safe. Please rest assured we take the safety of our dance community seriously.

DANCE SCHOLARSHIP

We offer a need-based scholarship for a full semester of classes at the Deborah Abel School of Modern Dance. We welcome dancers of all ages (K-12 and Adults) to apply! As with all of our students, we are looking for dancers who are enthusiastic and committed to dance class, no matter what level they are at.

Dancing Into Birth is an all-levels, online, prenatal dance class designed to move you through pregnancy and into your dream birth with strength, ease and joy. As my friend Adelaide @smallmagicbirth likes to say: Movement is our first language, and it is HOW we birth our babies! Come join us for - joyful, welcoming movement - functional strength & flexibility for childbirth - community & sisterhood - help troubleshooting pregnancy pain, discomfort & questions.

This will be a 6-week series running from March 4 to April 8. Classes are every Thursday, 5:45-7:15pm EST.
Early bird registration is $120 (register before February 3!). After Feb 3 the full series investment is $140.

About the teacher: Noli Rosen is a contemporary dancer, teacher, choreographer, & authentic midwife based in Boston, MA. Her passion for functional movement and dance is matched only by her passion for physiologic childbirth and women's work.
