This camp is truly one of my favorite offerings all year. π Butterfly Yoga Camp is filled with movement, imagination, mindfulness, creativity, connection, and so much play. Weβll spend our mornings doing yoga, breathing exercises, social emotional learning, crafts, outdoor play, and free play together in the beautiful space at The Bright Spot.
This camp is designed especially for ages 3β7 and is perfect for kiddos who love to move, create, explore, and connect. We keep things playful, welcoming, and child-centered while also helping children build confidence, emotional regulation tools, mindfulness skills, and friendships. π§ββοΈπβ¨

These camps are truly some of my favorite weeks of the entire year. π We have SO much fun together β playing, connecting, creating, moving our bodies, practicing mindfulness, doing yoga, making crafts, relaxing, laughing, and learning together in such a meaningful way. π¦βοΈπ§ββοΈ
Camp is such a beautiful space for kids to build confidence, friendships, emotional awareness, creativity, and connection while still just getting to be kids and have fun.

No yoga experience needed and no need for kids to be βzenβ π My classes are playful, engaging, movement-based, and designed for real kids who love to move, play, and have fun.
While kids are in class, grown-ups can:

β¨ Relax with coffee or quiet time
β¨ Enjoy wellness offerings like sauna, cold plunge, red light therapy, and more

As a former preschool teacher and mom of 3, I truly believe children learn best through movement, play, music, connection, and joyful experiences. My goal is always to create a space where kids feel safe to express themselves, build confidence, connect with others, and practice calming tools they can carry into everyday life π

During class weβll move, stretch, dance, practice lots of yoga, practice mindfulness, and enjoy special moments of connection together. After yoga, families stay for open playtime in the beautiful, cozy Bright Spot space π
No yoga experience is needed, and no one has to be βzenβ to enjoy class π These classes are playful, welcoming, and focused on creating joyful experiences and meaningful connection between caregivers and kids.
I created these classes because I truly love giving families opportunities to slow down together. So much of life feels rushed and overstimulating, and itβs special to have a space where kids can move freely, caregivers can be present, and everyone can simply enjoy being together.

As a mom of 3 and a kids yoga teacher, one of the things I love most about yoga for children is that itβs about so much more than poses π
In kids yoga, weβre practicing:
π¦ Confidence
π¦ Emotional regulation
π¦ Listening to our bodies
π¦ Breathing through big feelings
π¦ Social skills & connection
π¦ Mindfulness through movement
π¦ Slowing down in a world that moves so fast
And honestly? Kids learn these things best through play.
Thatβs why my classes are full of movement, dancing, singing, games, imagination, and fun. We move a lot, laugh a lot, and then practice calming our bodies and minds together through breathing, mindfulness, and relaxation.
Before teaching yoga, I spent years teaching preschool, and social-emotional learning was always the part of teaching I felt most passionate about. Kids need spaces where they can move, express themselves, build confidence, and learn regulation skills in ways that actually feel joyful and natural to them.
