Hosting the Big Ten Outdoor Track & Field Championships this weekend means every detail matters, even the shot put sectors.

We laser graded these throwing sectors to ensure championship level consistency. Earlier this year we also started blending new material into the existing crushed brick surface to create a finish that performs at a high level while looking competition ready.

As usual, getting a little behind on posting some projects..

⚾️ 🥎 We recently wrapped up a warning track renovation and infield grade, turned out great.

✅ Sub-graded the warning track
✅ Installed 4” of crushed brick for long-lasting performance and a clean, professional look
✅ Added new aglime to the infield
✅ Laser graded the surface to improve drainage, consistency, and overall playability

Not every year we can work outside this early in February. Nice to get an early jump with this great weather ☀️. Small projects from mound/home plate renovations to laser grade touch-ups, let’s get those fields ready for the season. ⚾️ 🥎

We don’t do a lot of them but grading yards for new developemets or existing houses are a nice change of pace from sports fields. Project scopes change but focusing on details always remains priority. This is a house regrade from last year where we completed the rough and fine grading in preparation for some nice landscape to be installed. Our Force By ABI machine does an incredible job on any project, big or small.

Some TBT pics from a project that was.. let’s say fun, but not really fun. This Offutt Air Force Base complex was previously flooded and left abandoned for years. When we started it was a jungle of trees and weeds but we worked our magic salvaging two of the softball fields while the other two fields were removed and turned into a football field. It was a process to say the least, from excavating and grading, adding new infield and warning track material along with reseeding the entire facility including all the common grounds.

Took advantage of the nice weather☀️ last week and went back to our old stomping grounds. Many hours spent at this complex between the both of us in our lifetime. It’s nice to get back once in a while. Bowlin Stadium playing surface is dialed in, ready for Husker Softball to start! 🥎

Made our way to the community of Wakefield where they love their baseball and softball. A new softball bullpen was added and also installed Aeroform Athletics field armor panels, from SiteOne, underneath the surface to each pitching lane in the bullpen and game field. This will help reduce the daily maintenance needed after games. As always, our laser guided Force By ABI made quick work of this project.
