My girl got me into tennis as another cardio activity that we could do together. Not only did I drop 30 pounds over the course of 5 months, we got healthier together as a couple. Find that someone who will make you accountable, whether friend, spouse, or relative. If you’re in a relationship, build a stronger bond by finding healthy activities you can do together and often. 👊
