It's Workout Wednesday! Squats are always a must do when it comes to having great legs. Get the most out of your squats by getting as low as you can without losing form. Ideally if you can get your quads (thighs) parallel to the floor, you'll get more muscle recruitment, which leads to more fat burned, which leads to awesome legs and gluten.....AND getting stronger!
