It’s the LAST week of the Transformation Challenge! We have had so much fun seeing our members put their all into each and every class, challenge, and benchmark the past 7 weeks!
We can't wait to see all the progress everyone has made! InBody scans from the 24th -27th (we added one more day). All final scans must be completed no later than end of business on Sunday March 27th. Keep in mind, no caffeine, food, or alcohol 3 hours prior to your scan so please plan a day that will work best for you!

You hear that? It’s the ⏰ ticking. Programmed to go off at different checkpoints. Ready to catch EVERYONE covering distance today in the Catch Me if You Can signature workout. As the time decreases between each checkpoint, that’s when the challenge levels up. So, when you get caught, don’t sweat it! Focus less on sticking it out till the end and more on getting farther than you did last time. Or if you’re new, set a baseline — this should be somewhere between your Base and 3-minute Push Pace.

Hydration is crucial for bodies to function optimally and will help you reach your goals during the Transformation Challenge and beyond. 💦

Here are 3 tips to ensure you are properly hydrated:

👉AMOUNT: Hydrating before, during, and after your OTF classes is so important!

👉 TYPE: You don’t have to sip plain water all day. Unsweetened drinks like sparkling water, seltzer, and club soda are all great options.

👉 ALCOHOL & HYDRATION: For best results, limit alcohol consumption and opt for water.

In celebration of , you’re about to meet one of the most adorable couples that have come out of Orangetheory EVER. Their names are Terry and Regina. They met at their 6:15 AM class. But let’s just say, this AM class often takes things to the PM with all their late-night fun. They even encouraged Terry and Regina’s first date, which they had ... in January 2020. Just in time for quarantine. They moved in together. Fell deeply in love. Got engaged. And you’ll never guess where Terry proposed ... none other than the same place they met, ! Surrounded by friends. Family. Their workout crew. This couple has such a sweet story to tell, but if you want to hear the rest, you’ll just have to come to their studio for an early morning sweat! Terry will give you a fist bump and a “good morning.” Regina will brighten you up with her beautiful smile.
