I get caught in pursuing the almighty dollar and I forget to take care of myself.

Why do I drop everything to chase a buck?

So my kids can have a better life.

But if we spend all our time on other things and not taking care of ourselves.

Are we really taking care of them?

I’ve used this month to really focus on this and align my goals.

Have you ever thought about this?

I have…we can talk about it.

Some Folks have been working out at home for too long, it seems like they have forgotten gym etiquette. The whole gym is not yours, you can’t “claim” and superset everything in the gym!

Day 3 of challenge and feeling great! In the process of torching the quads after I hit a 10 minute warmup on Stationary Bike. No added sugars, no potatoes, 3 straight days of workouts even a little cardio before the rain last night with my workout buddy Abram. I’d say I’m off to a good start just gotta keep taking steps! Put faith in yourself and take the steps!

For those of you who wonder what a typical morning of mine looks like I'd like to share my workout for today...

Breakfast Shake
1 Tbs MCT Oil
1 scoop UCAN
2 scoops chocolate Vegan Max
1 scoop glutamine
Multi vitamin
Probiotic
Vitamin C
Vitamin D

1 hour Pilates session,(my hips are terrible very good to balance the body) I'm human I have imbalances. :)

Strength session with back squats, pullups, and some lat strengthening with a couple of my favorite machines.

Then off to Metabolic Conditioning...for time...
5 Handstand push-up
50 kettle bell swings
70 yard bear crawl
50 single arm overhead lunges
5 handstand push-ups

Now as we speak Dry Sauna 10 minutes...

Oh yeah drinking some BCAA's to start recover process...
