✨ Equal Edges is making headlines…just in time for NATIONALS! ⛸️💙
As we get ready to take the ice at Nationals tomorrow, we are incredibly honored to see Equal Edges featured by U.S. Figure Skating…sharing the story of how this team began, why adaptive skating matters, and the kind of impact that can happen when we make room for everyone on the ice.
The article highlights the freedom and joy our adaptive skaters experience through movement on the ice, but it also tells another piece of the Equal Edges story that we love so much: the relationships being built between our athletes and their partner skaters. Friendships formed in the midst of differences. Young people learning firsthand that inclusion isn’t just something we talk about…it’s something we do. 💙
Because everybody belongs on the ice.
We are SO proud of our skaters, our partners, our families, and the incredible committee working behind the scenes to make Equal Edges possible. Together, this team is bringing inclusion into spaces where you might not always expect to find it, breaking down barriers, building community, and spreading a whole lot of joy along the way.
And tomorrow, we get to share that message on a NATIONAL stage. 🇺🇸⛸️
