I didnโt know IF I could do it, but I DID!!!
100/100 workouts DONE! ๐ฅณ
This is the longest workout program Iโve EVER completed! ๐
It took me months to actually complete it, but overcame my own doubts: 1 day at a time, 1 minute at a time, 1 second at a time....
Thank GOD I have our Virtual Wellness group to plug into for accountability, so I never felt alone during my health journey! I swear, itโs a game changer! ๐๐ป
There were TONS of hurdles that slowed me down, but never stopped me: Autoimmune flare ups, old injuries, personal stress, sick kiddo like 10X ๐ข, Kiddo surgery, major holidays, travel, & healing from whip lash.
I worked with the stressors when I could, paused when I had to, & slowed down when my body spoke, but NEVER did I lose sight of FINISHING what I started.
I just want this to be a reminder to anyone that needs to hear it, YOUR goals are very much possible, when we get out of our own way, & have the right support system! ๐ If you're ready for a health transformation, message me! Tomorrow is the last day for enrollment for Monday's V.I.P. Challenge!

Grocery store debate ๐ How do you tackle it?
I usually hit up the grocery store, 1-2X a week, & then grab specifics as needed-or for certain meals at specialty stores that carry misc. items.
How often do you go? Do you cook daily, or meal prep on Sundays? Trying to get a feel for what works for the majority of super busy people!
For me, I like to meal prep on Sundays ๐ & Wednesdays, ๐ฅ to keep things EXTRA fresh. I also get bored of eating the same thing every day.
A few things that work for me:
Iโm a basic cook, w/ basic skills, so complicated recipes freak me out, & take me twice as long to complete. AINโT nobody have time for that ๐คฃ. I keep it siiiiiimple!
Pick a protein, (ex. Ground beef) & cook enough for 3-4 days, BUUUT...prepare the meat 2 dif ways, so you donโt get bored. Make burgers out of half, & make tacos w/ the others half. ๐ฎ
Always have pre cut/washed veggies (buy whatever is on sale-already prepped for a MAJOR time saver!) on hand, to either steam, or toss in the oven on a pan, w/ some seasoning.
๐ Def. Add seasoning & a lil oil/butter to jazz it up!
Find a few sauces or seasonings that can add a punch, to an otherwise boring dinner!
Invest in a yummy almond butter, to entice you or your fam. To eat more celery or apples. ๐ A lilโ can go a long way, if you heat it up for 10-15 seconds, so it thins out, & you can dip it ๐คช
Potatoes & sweet potatoes are a staple, at our house. Super simple to wrap in tinfoil, toss in the oven & batch bake. (Keep a bag in the freezer for when youโre in a bind.) A box of rice or quinoa is also great to store in the pantry.
Fruit. Eaaaasy-we always have bananas ๐ on hand for Easy-on-the-go snack, & apples/grapes/oranges in the fridge. We mainly do frozen berries โcuz they are packed w/ nutrients, easy to toss/blend in a shake, & donโt have to throw away $5 worth of 1/2 eaten berries โcuz they went bad on the fridge.
Avocados: need I say more?! ๐ฅ๐ They go great on a burger, w/ meat, or solo! They keep us feeling full....so we donโt binge on junk food!
I prefer to cook w/ olive, avocado or coconut oil for everything! Lol ๐ A lot of cheaper oils can wreak havoc on our health & digestive system....donโt cut this corner.
Have a few bubbly drinks on hand, for when ur craving something sweet or carbonated, so you get your fix, but in a healthy way! My Fav.s are mineral water, or Healthade kombucha. ๐

Zoodles, made w/ olive oil, onions, red pepper flakes, & garlic. Steamed cauliflower & broccoli, dairy free cheese, ground pepper/sea salt & grilled chicken. ๐๐๐ Super simple, super easy, & super healthy!!!!
(If anyone suffers from an autoimmune, this is ant inflammatory, just double check red pepper flakes on an individual basis. ๐)
