A shift is happening over here!!
NEW CLASS ALERT! JUNE 20th 5-6:30pm
*register through Eventbrite/QR code*
After a longggg time of navigating pain and resistance in my own ‘typical’ yoga asana/movement practice, I've come to discover healing through somatic movement - I will be offering a new type of movement class called Somatic Expression.
This will be a series where I will offer guidance and adjustments more intentionally for different physical abilities, injuries, trauma, and intentionally hold space for emotional processing.
The first somatic movement class will be exploring the feeling of anger. We will ground our nervous systems together, move in different ways, and discover what release may be possible through movement.
Anger is a natural and powertul emotion that can guide and teach us to advocate tor our needs, make necessary changes, and create deeper relationships.
Whatever your relationship to anger may be, I invite you to become curious and join me in allowing anger to move through our bodies rather than becoming stuck, overpowering our nervous system, and finding safety in co-regulation.
Shoutout to Vivid Minds Cafe for this collaboration where the class will be held - check out their amazing food/ drinks/classes and many other community events!

-ALL TOGETHER NOW-
A community circle for women & gender-q***r folks
Thursday, January 15th | 7:30–9pm
📍 Cassia Collective (downtown Littleton, CO)
✨ This month’s theme: Boundaries & Belonging ✨
“I think so often, what people misunderstand about boundaries is that the point of setting them is not to change other peoples behavior or convince them to value different things - it’s to advocate for yourself, regardless of how they respond.”
I DANIELL KOEPKE
How do we protect ourselves and still feel connected to others?
Where and who do we feel safe with to practice these boundaries?
Where do we need more space and ease?
This is a non-clinical peer support circle.
We do not offer advice or solutions.
Sharing is always optional— listening is participation.
Come as you are.
Speak if you want.
Rest in community.
- Trauma-informed
- Q***r & gender-expansive
- Authenticity over fixing

Lots of feelings heavy on my heart (and so many others) recently.
Men, women, and anyone else struggling, If this time of year tends to stir up a lot or feels especially challenging or impossible to manage, please reach out to me, or someone else you trust.
I know I won’t be able to fix it, but I’d love to be someone you can talk to or help you find some resources that could help support you more.
Su***de is not the answer, however that pain is real and you deserve care.
I know so many people who struggle to ask for help, or have a challenging time talking about these issues, but my hope is that by talking about these things and naming them, maybe it could help others.
Hugs to you and your loved ones.

Community care and mutual aid is especially important in times like these.
We delivered over $200 worth of donated items and food to in Downtown Denver, CO. I’m so incredibly grateful that this community showed up with generosity, intention, and love.
These items will be distributed directly to the folks who need it. Basic necessities are basic human rights.
This work feels especially important right now. We are witnessing rising racism, dehumanization, and violence - globally and locally - intensified by the genocide in Gaza, harmful government actions, and deeply entrenched systems of oppression.
Statistically, Black, Indigenous, q***r, trans, and disabled communities experience poverty and homelessness at significantly higher rates due to long-standing systemic inequities - not personal failure as some people assume.
Mutual aid is one small, tangible way we can resist these systems by choosing to care for each other.
Deep gratitude to The Gathering Place for their ongoing work, and to this community for showing up with generosity, awareness, and heart. 🤍
The winner of the free private yoga session is .99! Thank you for your generosity with your donations.
