Cheers brother, community is alive and well!!

The gym will be hosting a celebration of life get together for Mark this Sunday. It will start with a workout (optional) followed by food, beverages, friends, stories, laughter (and certainly some tears). The details are still being worked out and we will update you once we know an exact start time (looking like early afternoon at this point).

We are all hurting and still trying to find some explanation as to how this could have happened to our friend. We are blessed that Mark didn't just own a gym, but created a great community that we can now lean on for support. This Sunday, we'd love for everyone to come celebrate Mark and hopefully find some laughter and peace among your friends.

Mark loved his gym and was so thankful to each and every one of you who allowed him to turn his passion into a career. Nothing would make him happier than to see us all gathered together, sharing stories and filling his gym with laughter.

We will be asking for RSVPs as the food will be catered and we will need an accurate head count. There will be a sign-up sheet in the gym and we will figure out how to RSVP via FaceBook if you can't make it in to sign up.

Come join some of your fellow Crossfitters for the morning and help raise money for a local elementary school! Join us for the Donut Dash on Saturday April 28th at City Park. When you sign up register under team "Colorow" using the password "Bears" and $10 of your entry fee will go toward supporting the health and wellness of the students at Colorow Elementary in Littleton. Firstly, I'd like to extend a big THANK YOU to everyone that attended my Eat to Succeed: Back to the Basics nutrition series. There is one more session repeating Gut Health, Hormone Balancing and Stress Management this Saturday 4/14 at 11:15am and it will directly connect with May's challenge.

Keep an eye out for more information coming later this week (both online and posted at the gym), but there will be prizes for the winner(s) and it is a $50 buy in to participate.

Well our Weeday Warriors were back in full swing Tues/Thurs this week! After a week off for Spring break, they jumped right back in doing a great job with: box jumps, KB swings and deadlifts, thrusters etc. It's not too late to sign your child up! Give us a call
