1989 Kawasaki KDX200 with 2007 KX450 Fork Conversion. Worked these forks and shock over using components. The forks were lowered 2” to match the length of the OG KDX forks, valved and sprung for off-road. The shock received a full rebuild with Race Tech Gold Valve.

What our standard KTM fork seal service looks like before assembly! EVERY SINGLE TIME!!

Full teardown, clean, inspect….generally use the KTM seal kit which includes travel indicators, dust seal, seal clip, oil seal and seal back up ring unless the SKF green seals are requested. Add WP bushing kit if needed!
