Well Mother Nature is at it again! This morning’s class and Wednesday morning will remain at the gym. Thursday morning and night TBD. Make sure to check the class location on the app before you come.

Greetings Fit friends!! I’m back from vacation and was all set to start our outdoor classes this week, but…Mother Nature had other plans! At this point tentatively planning to start outdoor classes on June 13.

Outdoor classes will be as follows: Tues/Thurs 11:15 and Wed 9:15 at Civic Green Park, and Thurs 5:30 (ending Jul 20) at Heritage Park with concert to follow. Come join the fun!!
