Colorado 14ers Hockey Club

We are excited to welcome Erin O'Neil as the newest member of the Colorado 14ers coaching staff.

A Minnesota native, Erin's hockey journey began as a rink rat in St. Paul before developing into one of the top goaltenders in the state. She earned Minnesota Senior Goalie of the Year honors, represented Team USA with the U18 National Team, and captured a silver medal at the IIHF U18 Women's World Championship in Budapest, Hungary.

Erin went on to play four seasons at Boston University, serving as Assistant Captain during her senior year, before continuing her career with the Connecticut Whale and as a practice goalie for the Minnesota Whitecaps.

Throughout her playing career, Erin has remained committed to coaching and goalie development. She has worked with athletes from youth hockey through high school, helping goalies refine their technical skills, build confidence, and develop a strong mindset both on and off the ice.

Her passion for mentorship, player development, and creating positive experiences for young athletes makes her a tremendous addition to the Colorado 14ers family.

The Colorado 14ers Minnesota Camp is back for its 4th year, bringing some of Minnesota’s top high school hockey coaches to Colorado for four days of elite development, competition, and learning.

This camp is designed for players who want to challenge themselves, improve their hockey IQ, develop their skills, and compete alongside other motivated athletes.

Minnesota has long been known as one of the premier hockey development regions in the country, and this is a unique opportunity to learn directly from experienced coaches who have helped develop players at the highest levels.

🎓 BIG NEWS FROM THE 14ERS! 🎓

The 14ERS Hockey Association is proud to offer our 2026 College Scholarship Opportunity!

We will award up to SIX scholarships worth $1,500 each to support our graduating players as they continue their education at a college or trade school.

This program is about giving back to the athletes who have helped grow our hockey family and recognizing their hard work both on and off the ice.

California, we’re here! The girls have officially arrived and are ready to compete in the Santa Clarita Hockey Cup.

Games kick off tomorrow morning with our 12U team and wrap up tomorrow night with our 16s. Championship games take place Monday.
