KCLL is a Little League program, charted as a Little League organization, plays by Little League rules, and supports Little League values. We believe baseball is a good way to build character, courage, and loyalty. And we understand that we are part of a community. That's why KCLL has invested tens of thousands of dollars improving area baseball fields. We practice hard and play a competitive game

The 11’s started the tourney strong by beating Academy and Tri-lakes. Their next game was an epic 21-20 loss against Colorado Springs in which they came back from 13 runs down and had a chance to win it in the end. Their run came to end in the following game with a loss to Cherry Creek. This was an exciting team to watch, and we are excited to watch them develop in the next year!

Congrats to our 12u all stars on a great tournament! The 12’s had a rough first game against Dry Creek, but followed that with wins against Cherry Creek, Academy and High Plains to get to the championship game against Dry Creek. That game ended in a loss, but it takes a special kind of resilience to win 3 must-win games back to back. Strong work 12’s, we are proud of you!

Awesome shout out from High Plains Little League for our 10u All Star team!
The 10’s started off hot with wins against Colorado Spring and High Plains, then stumbled against Academy. This set up a run of must-win games against Colorado Springs, Cherry Creek and Academy. A win against Academy set up a winner take all championship against Academy which resulted in a loss. In total the 10’s played 7 games in 8 days, and we are excited to build on that next year.
We would like to take a minute to shout out the athletes, Coaches, and familes from Ken-Caryl Little League. They drove down and played SEVEN games during the Colorado District 5 Tournament for 8-10 Baseball.
You didn’t get the last win, but you played hard, you stayed positive, and you never gave up. That’s the kind of heart that builds champions. Keep your heads up—after hearing how your coaches positively talk to you between innings, we know you’ll grow from this and come back stronger! ⚾️

Our 11-year old Allstar team did us all proud, turning in two of the cleanest back-to-back games most of us have seen for that age group.
One day after defeating Monument from District 1 by a 3-2 score in extra innings, the KCLL kids took Boulder North into the sixth inning all tied, before losing a heart-breaker, 2-1.
If you know any of the players on this team, please congratulate them and encourage them on what next year can look like.
Also, let's not forget that our 13-year old Allstars also made it to the State tournament. This is the first time in Ken Caryl LL history that two of our teams have won the District 5 Championship.
What a great ending to a busy and, for the most part, excellent Spring 2024 season.
One last thought. For those of you who want more baseball, this is a reminder Fall registration is open. The Fall league is much more laid back than in the spring, with seven weeks of games and an even greater focus on development. (Oh, and the weather is usually pretty sweet, too!) Kcllbaseball.com
