You keep ending up in the same place.
Same conflict. Same reaction. Same version of yourself you promised you’d leave behind.
It isn’t because something is wrong with you. It’s because nobody ever gave you a map.
Swipe through to walk all six stops of The Clarity Map.
This is a tool I created to help you understand exactly what’s happening inside you so you can stop reacting and start choosing.
Stop 01: The Observation
Stop 02: The Lens
Stop 03: The Story
Stop 04: The Signal
Stop 05: The Movement
Stop 06: The Experience
This is the tool I wish someone had handed me twenty years ago.
I’m handing it to you now.

She looked in the mirror one day and thought, “I don’t even know who I am anymore.”
Maybe that’s you. Maybe it’s me.
That’s exactly why I created this 5-part Enneagram series.
Because midlife has a way of stripping away all the roles we’ve been playing and asks us the one question we’ve been too busy to answer:
“Who am I really?”
We are talking Gut, Heart, and Head.
Three completely different ways of moving through the world.
And once you understand which one is yours, everything starts to make a little more sense.
The full series is alive on YouTube.

The Heart Wants to Know: Inside the Heart Triad

Midlife has a way of asking you to let go of things you weren’t ready to release.
A friendship that quietly faded.
A role that defined you for decades.
A version of yourself you thought you’d always be.
A place you have called home.
And grief shows up.
Not because something went wrong, but because something mattered.
You don’t have to rush it.
You don’t have to explain it.
You don’t have to be further along than you are.
The grief doesn’t always get smaller.
But you get bigger.
And slowly, you find you can hold it and still keep living, still keep loving, still keep going.
That’s not moving on.
That’s moving through.
If you’re in a season of loss right now — big or small, named or unnamed — I see you.
It counts.
And you’re allowed to grieve it.
💬 What are you letting go of this season?

The Body Knows: The Gut Triad of the Enneagram
In this episode, Jill Pack explores the Enneagram's gut triad (types 8, 9, and 1), showing how anger functions as information and how each type manages that energy differently—8s push it out, 9s push it down, and 1s push it in. She introduces the SNAP tool (Stop, Notice, Ask, Pivot) as taught by I...

This is my beautiful mom.
My heart aches for her when I look at this picture.
I miss her.
She was beautiful inside and out.
She had a kind heart and a desire to serve.
I will forever be grateful that she is my mother.
Love you to the moon and back, momma! 💛
