I've taken a small energetic break and I am excited to offer a Reiki Level 1 class this July 8th. 💜 5-8pm

Reiki has been such a beautiful tool in my own life for finding peace, connection, and healing, and I love helping others learn that these abilities aren't reserved for a special few—they're available to all of us.

In this class, you'll learn the foundations of Reiki, receive your Level 1 attunement, and leave with the knowledge and confidence to begin practicing Reiki on yourself and your loved ones! ♥️

Whether you're curious about energy work, looking for another tool to support your healing journey, or you've always felt drawn to Reiki, this class is a wonderful place to start.

I keep my classes small so everyone gets plenty of individual attention.
