This was an amazing morning last week in , I will pull energy from this for the rest of the year baby!
Check out this workout format guys! I've been perfecting this with my clients for a few years.
It's my all time favorite way to train now.
Instructions:
Superset 2 exercises (high volume, lower weight)
4x15 reps
Immediately followed by a HIIT (:30), and Ab Exercise (:30). No breaks.
(So total HIIT's and Abs with lifts is 12 each or 24 total)
Ex: bicep curls lift 15 reps, lift tricep kickbacks 15 reps, then HIIT :30 and Abs :30 equals 1 of 4. Repeat for next 2 supersets. See video!
Boom! 💥 lifting, cardio, Abs, and core done in 45 minutes!
