15 minute EASY, low carb recipe coming right up! 👩🍳
If you’re trying to focus on a low carb diet, this Egg Roll in a Bowl recipe is perfect!
You’ll need 👉 1lb ground sausage, chicken, or beef, 7 cups coleslaw mix, 2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce, 1 tbsp ginger, 1 tbsp red pepper flakes, 1 tsp garlic powder, and ½ cup green onions.
Directions are SO SIMPLE 👉 First, cook your meat thoroughly. Then, throw everything else in the pan, mix, and enjoy!!
This recipe serves 6 and only has 400 calories and 6g net carbs per serving.

Let’s get GRILLING! 🍗 This light, healthy chicken will be perfect for those warmer days in the backyard!
You’ll need 👉 6 6oz boneless skinless chicken breasts, ¼ cup olive oil, ¼ cup lemon juice, 2 tsp oregano, 4 cloves of pressed garlic, ½ tsp salt, ¼ tsp pepper, and lemon wedges and parsley for serving.
Directions 👉 Pat the chicken dry, and pound if some areas are too thick. Then, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl or resealable bag. Add the chicken to the liquid mixture to marinate for at least 30 minutes. Next, preheat the grill or grill pan to medium high heat. Place the chicken on the grill for 5-7 minutes on each side or until the juices run dry. Finally, you’re ready to serve with lemon wedges and parsley! Add some grilled veggies or a salad for a great, healthy side!
This recipe serves 6 and only has 220 calories per serving.
