General information

Due to declining membership, BHSA has voted to suspend operations - that is, to put the club on hiatus - for up to 5 years, unless current 2013 members or other interested parties wish to resume activities.

We will set aside funds after this year's expenses are paid, into a secured investment, for startup/preservation funds.

If there is not sufficient interest within 5 years to revive the club, the current 2013 officers will meet to discuss dissolution of the club and disbursement of the funds.

Dissolution rules are included in our club bylaws, which are posted on our website.
