I've changed the day and time of the weekly community Mat class to Saturdays at 11am. This class is donation-based with a suggested donation of $5-20. Please be honest about what you can afford. No one turned away due to lack of funds. This is a great introductory to Pilates class for those who are new, or those on a strict budget.

I am trial-running offering Unlimited packages for the months of April/May. This is an opportunity for me to work out the kinks and solidify my policies, so please be patient with me with any hiccups. My q***r identity is integral to who I am as a person, both as an individual and as a business owner. Be Found Pilates is a safe space for all q***r and trans people, as well as allies, to explore movement patterns that feel authentic, and affirm their sense of self. Pilates is a collaboration of the body and the mind to enrich the spirit. That is what Pilates does for me, and that is the gift I strive to share with others.

One of the reasons I started my own business is to provide access to Pilates to those within our communities that are often underrepresented and overlooked. One of my community-driven initiatives is my 20-class package match. Each time I sell a 20-pack, I donate 20 classes to members of the Longmont community. Thanks to two generous clients, I have 40 free classes to give away!

Communities I'm looking to serve: q***r people, people of color, people with disabilities, single-parent households, and low-income households. If this sounds like you, or someone you know who could benefit from doing Pilates, please nominate them (or yourself!) by tagging them in the comments below or sending me a DM. Every day this month, we'll do a deep-dive on a new exercise from the Mat repertoire. We'll discuss tips, tricks, modifications, and how the exercise fits into the broader scope of the Pilates system.
