Practical Internal Training, my 2c worth.
In a way, Internal training is like cycling; you are balancing on your bike, going down a rocky path. Your body is making rapid internal adjustments, not obvious to the observer, to keep you balanced. In a world where no one can ride, your ability will look magical.
You cannot get better at riding a bike by copying your teacher's movement on an imaginary bike; nor will you gain much skills learning and regurgitating classical texts and scientific theories on riding.
THE ONLY WAY TO LEARN is to hop on a real bike, follow the simple instructions given by a true teacher "staying upright, eyes forward, and paddle." Everyone learns how to ride by falling. You keep yourself motivated by believing you can do it.
Once you have achieved basic riding skills, that's when you move on to observe Masters, and read up on science and classics. In time, you will master the bike, and be able to do all kinds of tricks without even thinking about it.
Finally, don't follow any teachers who cannot ride bikes themselves; they will not be able to give you correct guidance. Also, avoid anyone who over theorises riding, or trying to sell you magic. You wil never ride unless you keep it simple.
