Dear Students and Parents,

We are excited to invite you to an incredible performance of Swan Lake, being held at the Wilshire Ebell Theatre in Los Angeles this weekend on October 12th and 13th, and across Greater Los Angeles the following week. This is a wonderful opportunity to experience one of the most iconic ballets, performed by a world-class company, featuring dancers primarily from Russia, Ukraine, and other parts of Europe.

We are honored to host this prestigious company at our Encino location for a general rehearsal and encourage everyone to attend this breathtaking classical performance. Congratulations to the Rhythmic Academy of Los Angeles Intermediate Group!

We are overjoyed to announce that our amazing team has won the 2024 US National Championships! Kudos to Maya Stepansky, Rebecca Sparagna, Miia Marchenko, Valentina Lavina, Tina Shadurska, and Claire Myanganbayar Goosondor for their stellar performances.

The team brought home a bronze medal on Group Floor, a gold medal on 5 Hoops, and a GOLD medal All-Around.

A huge congratulations to all the girls for a very successful season and a strong finish. Your hard work, dedication, and talent have truly paid off and earned you a National Champions banner that will be proudly displayed at all of our training centers to honor your achievement and inspire young gymnasts!

Rhythmic athletes collect eight more medals; seniors on the board at 2024 Pan Ams • USA Gymnastics U.S. juniors brought in eight more medals Friday afternoon, half of them gold, at the 2024 Rhythmic Pan American Games in Guatemala City, while seniors took the floor for the first time.

American juniors win four medals, three of them gold, Thursday at Rhythmic Pan Am Champs • USA Gymnastics American juniors were on top of their game Thursday, winning three gold medals and one silver and topping apparatus qualifications at the 2024 Rhythmic Pan American Championships and Tournament in Guatemala City.

Congratulations to Olena Burlai on her strong performance at the 2024 Elite Qualifiers and becoming a Level 10 gymnast!

We honor you for your incredible work ethic and amazing grit in overcoming unimaginable obstacles, including the war in Ukraine, seeking refuge in a new country, the death of your father, injuries, and much more. At Rhythmic Intensive, we focus on holistic development, offering a wide range of activities to enhance every aspect of Rhythmic Gymnastics performance. Here's what your child can expect:

Daily Training Sessions:

Engage in a rigorous daily schedule of Vaganova ballet and dance classes, aimed at refining technique and artistry. Participate in hands-on deep stretching sessions to enhance flexibility and prevent injuries. Undergo specialized body conditioning and strength training tailored specifically for rhythmic gymnasts.

Skill Development:

Mastery of body elements and equipment handling techniques, learn the latest WOW tricks while learning and perfecting routines with expert guidance.

Educational Workshops:

Nutrition workshops to fuel optimal performance.

In-depth exploration of the RG code of points and rules.

Camp Field Trips:

Every Wednesday for our Van Nuys location and Thursday for our new Pasadena location, we embark on exciting adventures to the beach, sailing trips, horseback riding excursions, museum visits, invigorating hikes, and other outdoor activities, providing a perfect balance of training and fun!

Family Camping Finale:

We conclude our camp with a thrilling two-day family camping trip, where campers and their families can bond over shared experiences and create lasting memories.

Great News... The Grand Academy of Ballet in partnership with Rhythmic Academy is expanding operation to Pasadena, CA. GRAND OPENING of our 4th world class, multi million dollar, Olympic level Training Center is April 3rd, 2024. Our state of the art 15,000 sqf facility features a 32-foot ceiling clearance, 2 full size competitive carpets, mirrors, professional podium sprung floors, climate control gymnasium with heat and air conditioning, a large professional ballet room with high ceiling, sprung Marley floors and professional ballet barres. The second floor features a large multi use fitness center, with Swedish Ladders (Stall Bars), 2 professional Reformer Pilates rooms overlooking the breathtaking San Gabriel Mountains.

We have a large Ballet and Rhythmic Gymnastics store featuring all major brands, equipment, RG and Ballet apparel, and training supplies. For serious competitive athletes, we offers full day training, a professional class room with desks, fast wifi, and a fully stocked kitchen for homeschooling students. This facility is elevated to the highest level with designer furniture, beautiful artwork, a comfortable and inviting parent waiting area, a large open balcony outside lounge, lots of parking, a charging station, and AI security cameras with parental visibility.
