Did you know turkeys are basically like cats and love to play and get massaged to sleep? 🥹❤️

Welcome baby girl - meet Madeline everyone! 🤍

It was very naive of me to think that I would ever be able to foster a cat and not keep her but she’s MINE FOREVER! 🥰

Do any of these surprise you? The important thing is to start small, find what works for you, and enjoy the journey 🧘‍♀️

🌟 A tip for fact no.1: Singing bowls work as an amazing mindfulness anchor, gently guiding you back to the present moment when your mind wanders!

Calling all wellness enthusiasts! I’m co-hosting an amazing (and FREE!) self-care event at the beautiful DTLA Visuals in Down Town LA.

It’s the perfect chance to unwind, connect with your community, and meet some incredible like-minded individuals. We’ve got a relaxing yoga session by Annabel Maw, a sound bath, and even complimentary ear seeds! Plus, there’ll be delicious light bites, tea, and a few other goodies! 🤤

Space is limited, so be sure to RSVP to save your spot! (Event in my bio) This is the first of hopefully many amazing events to come, so don’t miss out! ✨ Can’t wait to see you there!

✨More tips for during the sound bath:✨

1. Find a comfortable position: Settle into a relaxed posture that allows you to breathe deeply and easily. You can lie down on your back with a pillow supporting your head and knees, or sit comfortably with your back straight.
2. Close your eyes or use an eye mask: This helps to minimize distractions and allows you to turn inward.
3. Silently state your intention: Briefly bring your intention to mind and repeat your affirmation silently or whisper it to yourself.
4. Focus on the sounds and sensations: Pay attention to the sounds of the instruments and how they resonate within your body. Observe any physical or emotional sensations that arise without judgment.
5. Let go of expectations: Allow yourself to simply be present in the moment and receive the experience without expecting a specific outcome.

Additional Tips:
* Journaling: Before or after the sound bath, take some time to journal about your experience. This can help you gain insights and track your progress over time.
* Visualization: Combine your intention with visualization by picturing yourself achieving your desired outcome. Imagine yourself feeling calm, focused, or whatever your goal may be.
* Be patient: The benefits of sound baths may not be immediate. Allow yourself time and practice to experience the full potential of this healing modality.

Remember, the most important thing is to approach the sound bath with an open mind and a willingness to receive. By setting a clear intention and following these tips, you can enhance your experience and unlock the transformative power of sound healing.
