Same woman. New strength. This body grew life—and now it’s reclaiming its own.


Here’s a glimpse of my transformation—1 month before delivery to 1 month after.
9 months of regular yoga played a big role in making my pregnancy smooth, labor manageable, and delivery quick and natural.
But what truly made a difference was the year I spent preparing my body before pregnancy—focusing on balanced nutrition, weight training, and gut health.
This journey taught me that taking care of your body ahead of time lays the strongest foundation for motherhood.
Postpartum isn’t easy—it comes with its own set of challenges—but I’m learning to be patient with myself.
Still a long way to go to reach my goal, but grateful for how far I’ve already come.

From newbie tourist to proud Angeleno! 🌟 10 years back in March, I stepped foot in LA with my first US paycheck. Fast forward to 2024, and I’m calling this vibrant city my home sweet home. Dreams do come true when you put in the hustle. Keep believing, keep working! 💪

Change can be scary, but a new haircut is an excellent way to start the new you off on a positive note. A simple thing like a haircuts have a great effect on how you feel about yourself.
Often, you get a better sense of self-worth when you feel uplifted. The change of having a fresh haircut can be liberating.
