These are just some of the negative thoughts π that can come up when you feel like you aren't good enough and I'm here to tell you that they are all lies!!! π
πΎββοΈ
YOU ARE ENOUGH!
β
Go for that promotion. π°You won't know if you could get it unless you try!

Apparently itβs π This is the last time all 3 of us were together, back in January. π₯°
Definitely a rare occurrence to be together at one time but Iβm going to try to change that. π― We had a semi-unusual upbringing.
There were points in my life when I was the βonlyβ child even though I am the youngest. πΆπ½My brother and sister spent a lot of their life in the Philippines π΅π while I mostly grew up in the states πΊπΈand one by one they came back out here. βοΈ
It used to upset me when I was a kid to be separated from my full blood siblings but I am so grateful and understanding of why it was that way. ππ½
We had to be separated in order for our parents to get things back in order. We all turned out pretty good if you ask me βΊοΈ

SWIPE to see my Night Time Routine ππ½
Do you tend to wake up in the morning feeling tired π₯± and scrambling to leave the house? π±
Are you consistently watching TV πΊ or enjoying any form of screen time π± up until it is time for bed?
Then it could be that you need some sort of night routine! π§
I remember when this used to be me...
π€πScrolling through Instagram all night until I got sleepy
π€πGoing to bed at different times of the night
π€πWatching just ONE more episode of 90 Day Fiance or whatever show I was into at the time....We all know THAT was a lie LOL π
Trust me, I understand what it's like to NOT have a consistent night routine. I would wake up groggy. π₯± I didn't have a plan for the next day so I wasn't very productive. π I was just on autopilot every day. π
It wasn't until I started to do a consistent night routine that I felt like my life was on track. I started journaling βπ½, limiting my screen time π΅, preparing for the next day π, reading instead of binge watching another TV show π and going to bed at the same time βοΈ (with the exception of the occasional nights out πππ½)
After I became intentional with my nightsπ...
β
I started waking up feeling more refreshed
β
My quality of sleep improved
β
My morning routine felt much easier to accomplish
β
It was easier for me to function throughout the day
β
I became happier
β
I was more productive
I noticed a HUGE difference in my quality of life and my confidence to tackle my goals. π― Now, I feel like I can accomplish anything!!!

Have you ever been excited π€ͺ, full of energy π€©, and ready to tell the world about your New Years Resolution but come February, you pretend like nothing ever happened? π π
You go back to normal and that excitement, energy, and oath to yourself becomes a distant memory π
You are not alone!
You can see this very example happen when the gyms fill up in January and are back to being a ghost town in February. π€¦π½ββοΈ
Goals are always exciting in the beginning, but as you get closer to reaching the goal, the harder each task gets.π§π½ββοΈ You start noticing the new responsibilities you have to take on π³, that exciting feeling starts to fade π₯±, and the harsh reality starts to set in that this goal really requires work! π©
So then you start making excuses on why you should ditch your goal. π«
You want the rewards of the goals, but the threat it poses to your comfortability is far greater than the reward.
And that's one of the many reasons goals fail.
Today, I challenge you to keep pushing through the uncomfortable zone of getting to your goals and make it into a habit.
Comment below π― if you are ready to hit your goals! π¬

Do you want to be more confident but fear π° looking arrogant so much, that you are uncomfortable with showing any sign of confidence?
You are not alone. π€
So many people tend to downplay their achievements π
, doubt themselves, and lower their self-worth in the process of trying NOT to look arrogant. π’
Unfortunately, the more you train yourself to believe that you are not worthy or capable, the more you FEEL UNWORTHY and BECOME INCAPABLE. π’
The ABILITY to achieve is based on what you BELIEVE, so stop dimming your light and give credit where it is due! ππ½
The common misconception that you are arrogant if you are confident IS NOT TRUE! π«
Here's why:
ARROGANT PEOPLE ARE:
π In need of some outside validation
π Motivated by external factors
π Loud and Boastful
π Usually blaming others for their mistakes and shortcomings
π Belittles others and their accomplishments
π Deep down insecure
WHILE...
CONFIDENT PEOPLE ARE
β
Self-Assured
β
Self-Motivated
β
Humble and let the results speak for itself
β
Admits to mistakes and learns from them
β
Are genuinely happy for others and their achievements
β
Comfortable with themselves
Being confident is a positive thing and will help you dare to take action instead of only dreaming.

Do you find yourself unintentionally comparing yourself to others?
Comparing yourself and your progress π to others can be a positive thing if you are doing it correctly but there is a such thing as unhealthy competition.
A few common mistakes βοΈ I see people do when comparing themselves to other's is:
π«Looking at others to reaffirm their deep-rooted beliefs
π«Justifying why they should or should not do something
π«Undermining their own value because of where someone else is
π«Experiencing negative thoughts like jealousy, envy, or anger
π«Changing their goal trajectory because they become distracted by someone else's progress
π«Using a comparison to boost your self-esteem when others are in a less than ideal situation
Everyone has different experiences and perspectives π in life, so comparing yourself to them instead of walking π£ down your own path can lead you down a negative rabbit hole π³
Comparison, however, can be good when you are using it to create a vision for yourself by seeing what's possible for someone else. π It can be used as a positive motivating factor if you are in the right headspace. An example would be like when you have someone you look up to and aspire to be like that you look toward to for guidance. β¨
β
With that being said, the most important thing to remember is to be yourself and appreciate how different you are from others.
After all, you are one of a kind. πThe best person to be is you! π₯°

Everyone talks about how amazing it is to have a morning routine, but they don't talk about the initial struggle π©
Now ya'll know I like to keep it π― so I'm going to be real with you. It's amazing, but IT IS A CHALLENGE!
don't want you to have some unrealistic expectations and get discouraged when it isn't all sunshine βοΈ and rainbows π in the beginning lol
I remember back then when I used to hit snooze β°, tell myself just 5 more minutes π₯± which ended up being an hour ππ© I made all the excuses on why I will start tomorrow and just repeated the same self-sabotaging cycle π
I want to share with you some of the top mistakes I made when trying to execute my morning routine:
β Not getting up right away after my alarm went off
β Not prepping for my day the night before
β Sleeping with my phone right next to me
β Too much TV/screen time at night
β Not turning my brain off before bed
β Going to bed late
β Not embracing the discomfort of waking up early
β Whining about having to get up
It's crazy how I made the excuse that waking up early and doing what I know damn well is good for me was stressful...EVEN THOUGH I already felt a lot of stress to begin with π©
It wasn't UNTIL I built up a consistent morning routine that I started feeling better about myself and making more progress day to day. πͺ
Now I feel amazing, happy, AND fulfilled. You can too!
Having a consistent morning routine helps you set the tone for your ENTIRE day! π―
Here's how!
β
Less stress when you don't have to think about what to do
β
Gives you more structure and control
β
Builds confidence
β
Makes you more productive
β
Gives you more energy
β
Builds healthy habits
β
Better Sleep Quality
