the number of content platforms expects us to share daily 🤯
the expectations 💎
having to be a creator, an editor, a copywriter, a creative director, and an entertainer- because well, you have to keep your engagement up!
we. get. it.
it's hard. and being pushed to pay attention to how many people share your posts and how many interactions you're getting doesn't make it any easier.
but, there are things that matter more than getting likes on posts:
💖 being able to support you in your journey, is our greatest joy and why we show up 💖

coming up with new sequences and remembering them is T O U G H !! and sometimes may feel like trying to figure out a math formula 👩🔬- we know, we've all been there!
as your biggest supporters 😌 we want to help you. here are some tools that might make it easier for you to remember the class you want to teach:
💡Think of the pose and sequences you'd like to teach- write down how to get there & make sure to include warm-ups, drills & modifications for the poses.
✍️ Then, write your class down- In a notebook or a piece of paper- This will help you conceptualize the class you want to teach and include all the poses/movements you're aiming to teach your students.
📒 Be as specific as you can- it doesn't matter if your class programming is 3 pages long- by doing this you'll make sure to include what is it you want to teach and declutter what is not serving a purpose in the class.
💎 Last but definitely not least- write it down on a whiteboard and place it in front of you! This will help juggle your memory during the class and make sure you don't forget any part.

Stop waiting until you feel "ready" to go after what you want. Go for it. We may be borrowing this from a major sports company 🤪 but just do it!
Your practice doesn't have to be "perfect" or be exactly how you want it to be- and no, you don't need to have an "advanced level" for you to take that training you've been eyeing for a while.
The only thing that matters is that YOU believe in yourself. Over time you will arrive at your best, and you'll achieve what you have always dreamed of 💎 You will become the yoga teacher of your dreams 💎

Raise your hand if this is you 🙋♀️🤣
Some days, you wake up super energized and powerful, you feel you can do it all:
🧘♀️ Start your day with your Aligned Training
👩💻 Work on your projects
✅ Run errands
🍱 Meal prep for the day and the week
And then, there are some days, you wake up SO tired from the day we just described- that when you hear Bri say "now let's do it all over again on the other side" you just 😩
If you're nodding your head while you read this, please know, that it's okay to take a break.
Sometimes we get so caught up with everything "we have to do" that we forget why we started in the first place and we stop enjoying what we love. Sometimes, all you need is a day (or a week) off.
You need time to tap back into your true self. To enjoy your journey. You need to go for ice cream and enjoy it while sitting in the park. To catch up on your favorite series or finish reading that book. To cuddle with your kids. You need to do it for you. We all need it.
We'll be here tomorrow to cheer on you 💖
