"A Great Sling Bag - Overall, this is a great product. Even more, the customer service is topnotch. I would recommend this bag if you are looking for a sling bag for the basics. If you are looking for a bag that will hold more than three paddles, a few balls, and your wallet and keys I think you need something larger. I also own a Mangrove sling back and this bag compares well to that -- both are fantastic options.

PROS:
* This is a great looking bag with tasteful accents.
* The zippers are strong. This is often the weakness of these bags. The bag is also made of sturdy material.
* The paddle and "secret" back compartment are nice and large.
* The shoulder strap adjustment is intuitive and doesn't slip.

CONS:
* By far my biggest complaint is the front two pockets. They are way too small. If you put 5 balls in the middle pocket, it makes those two front pockets very difficult to use. In addition, one of the pockets goes all the way down to the bottom of the bag, but it isn't very practical because the opening is so small my hand barely fits. These pockets need to be redesigned.
* I wish the pad on the shoulder strap came down a little bit farther. This isn't a huge deal, but could be improved.

I didn't knock a star off the overall rating for the front two pockets because a sling bag is meant to be small and to only hold the basics. If these pockets were fixed, this might be the ideal sling bag."
