Attention Exercise Professionals.......

3 Keys to developing a great business:

1. Become obsessed with learning;

2. Become obsessed with improving.

3. Become obsessed with providing a better solution for your clients. Rather than trying to do 10% better than other exercise businesses, try to do 1000% better. Look to service businesses outside of exercise where excellence is the goal.

Break the mold.


In past generations, the mantra for most was "work, work, work..." to achieve at whatever cost. The result was poor fitness, bad health and shortened lives.

I personally witnessed this with my Dad, and I saw the pain wreaked on him and our family as his health disintegrated..

If your career leaves you overweight, exhausted and stressed, what is the point? Yet, this is what we model as this is what "has always been done" and that is "just the way it is".

While we agree work is an important part of life, we believe a new definition of success is needed.

Our programs are designed for busy people who want more for their efforts than bad health and limited physical activity. Our training systems are designed to produce return in the least amount of time possible.

2 hour daily workouts are not required by any means to achieve a great quality of life. As little as 2 hours per week can produce a great return.

Work a little resistance training into your summer cardio....hikes, runs, etc. You can even take a resistance band with you and perform all-body resistance.
