I try to stick to meals that fit my goals, like some good protein and veggies, and I always choose to eat my calories instead of drinking them. Knowing your calories doesn’t mean you have to obsess over labels; it’s just about making choices that work for you and still letting yourself enjoy life!

Learn the basics if you haven’t already.
Learn YOUR body and the ways it can change with certain nutrients and foods.
And create a solid starting point for your nutrition.

REMEMBER: Everyone’s macros are different! My portions won’t look the same as yours, and that’s okay. Health is not at 100 but MAN I’m so grateful to still be able to move around. Getting back to the things I love and walking away with so many ideas to put out and grow.

Health is wealth baby so if you aren’t up to par with a regimen that’s helping you stay on top of your health or creating stability in your life, times ain’t gonna get easier.

BODELITES is going through a rebranding phase and it’s been like slight death to some old ways and procedures, to a new system that creates endless funnels for early entrepreneurs and busy moms.

Different mindsets and SO MUCH life lived.
Relationships lost + won.

It’s bittersweet to go down memory lane and think about the layers shed through those years.

Part of my job is sharing my story and being a safe space for other to share/start theirs. Many like myself are in some sort of distress in their life. Asking for help isn’t easy or in everyone’s nature and that’s okay.

God definitely put it in my heart and showed me what I really have to do in relation with my transformation and those looking to start theirs.

What’s happened to me or what I have been through isn’t who I was meant to be, but a testimony to many. Call it what you want but I definitely don’t have a hard time worrying about other peoples opinions. Many will like to see you stay where they feel most comfortable and for their own benefit.

I strive to be a catalyst in people’s lives, whether they stay with me for years or shorter periods of time; I will definitely work on triggering you in the best way possible.

Stop putting your power in other people, places, and relationship and accomplish the things that can’t be taken away.

4+ years ago my WHY was more solitary and ignited for different reasons. What was needed to be endured, was closer to fulfilling than I could see. It was all directed towards self love and compassion. Together with mending relationships with my family and those around me. But the main one was with still with myself.

Fast forward to today… these two have given loyalty a new meaning. They became my family which was something I thought would be far from coming outside of my immediate family. My needs changed to OURS real quick and I wouldn’t change it for the world.

Today’s is in honor of my babies. ❤️

I really don’t know what life would be but I do know God really did his thing when he placed them in my life.

Being a bonus mom / is frkn awesome and tops any WHY’s I’ve ever had in the past.

Ps… this year my babygirl has grown so much and so many opportunities came up where I’ve been able to be more present with her and have some time with just her.

All my mommas/dadaas out there… stay killing it. Every second is crucial with your kids.

Can’t wait to have you again my girl! ✨
